Hillsboro Friends of the Library

The Friends of the Public Library monthly Drop-In programming.

The drop in group meets at the Hillsboro Public Library or designated location on the third Thursday of February, April, June, September and November, with a special Christmas program in December. The program begins at 6:30 PM with a guest speaker who provides a short program. Topics will vary and there will be time for audience participation. Light refreshments will be served, donations are welcome. There is no preregistration and no obligation to attend all events. Check the website and Facebook for information as to topics. Come when you can stay as long as you wish, all ages are encouraged to attend. This program is sponsored by the Hillsboro Friends Of The Library.

This year’s, 2022-10th Annual event had substantial donor support both with
items to raffle and silent auction. Plus the time and effort of the musicians
who played is very appreciated.

A special and reverent THANK YOU goes out to Ms. Mary Seifert. She
coordinated all of the musicians, the time schedule and orchestrated the event
as she has for several years. If you see her please give her a big thank you
for her support of the event!

The participant turnout and out pouring of funding is truly appreciated. This year’s earnings totaled over 1500 dollars! All of which will be used to support the Hillsboro Public Library!
Thank you Hillsboro area residents for supporting your library!
